We are Oriana and Michele. My husband and I bought this ruin in 1999, we immediately fell in love with it for the tranquillity of the place and the beauty of the surrounding nature. Olive trees and white Ragusan stone characterize the property that we have decided to maintain and enhance. We lived in this house for 14 years and it is here that we raised our children, Mattia and Teresa.
In the meantime, the desire to open the doors of our home to those who, like us, love to travel with their family and, at the same time, feel at home surrounded by the welcome that only a holiday home can offer, grew in us.
This is how our adventure started, from which the story of Villa Antica Aia began, so called because of the farmyard that existed on the property.
